SHIPPING PROCESS

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days to allow processing of orders.

Items will ship within 24 - 48 hours of order processing. Depending on location, most orders will arrive within 3 - 6 days after shipment, but may take up to 7 - 10 days to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/CUSTOM FEES

Please Note if you're outside of the US and place an order online, you will be responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. We're unable to determine if you will have to pay extra custom charges or taxes as this information will vary by country.
If your order is refused for some reason by customs, you are still responsible for shipping charges of package.
Return & Exchange Policy
CHANGE OF MIND/WRONG SIZE
Items purchased from Better Me Apparel may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items may be returned for Store Credit within 30 days of delivery. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
Please inspect your items as soon as it arrives. Returns can only be accepted if items are unworn and unwashed, with original packaging.
FAULTY ITEM/INCORRECT ITEM
Please contact us immediately via email at info@bettermeapparel.com and include a photo of the fault or incorrect item
Our customer care team will contact you and we will either replace, exchange or credit depending on the circumstances
Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges for international customers are not offered at this time due to the costs of shipping internationally.
